Scenario

I have been using the built in mining tool that comes with InfiniteCoin-QT for the past 48 hours. The wallet suggests that I've mined a few coins as my wallet balance is increasing in IFC.

Whenever a block is mined, it notifies me that the coins need to mature over the next 79 blocks, before the coins will be added to the wallet balance.

Once the coins have matured and been added to the balance, the next message says that the coins must mature a further 120 blocks before they can be spent.

I'm pretty sure that 120 blocks must have been processed in the past 48 hours (I could be wrong).

Problem

I have since tried to transfer a small amount of IFC from my InfiniteCoin-QT wallet into an online wallet, however, whilst the coins are debited from my InfiniteCoin-QT wallet, they are NEVER credited into my online wallet.

Has anyone experienced similar issues, and if so, what should I try in order to resolve this issue?
