What will happen the 5th september after block reward halving?

Well, I'm not sure.
I see two possibilities :
- Value of the coin goes up, due to the halving and the fact they are getting more and more scarce sor they rise in value.
- Reward drops => Not profitable to mine anymore => Ciommunity loses interest in IFC => Value of the coin drops.

I'd love to avoid the 2nd possibility

What do you think ?

This coin will die if the hashrate doesn't become the solid foundation it needs to be in order to go critical mass. For this to happen, the difficulty changes must be adjusted so the mulit pools won't have it so easy.

We also need to this make Vircurex because Cryptsy is having a hayday messing with the miner's minds. :/

We need to hit 3x 86400 blocks. lol

The minting has drastically slowed and probably has alot to do with the price dropping as it has. A 17 mhash network just wont cut it.

Thank the coin hoppin bastards for that.
