Works well , +20Kh/s on my Fermi card , no performance boost for my second card. (legacy)
Thanks for the hint

But now my Fermi card is running much hotter then before , with 67% fan running fast to 85°C

Oh jeez ... 80% fan and the temp. is climbing.

Yes it burns, but i use msi afterburner to change fan speed to 80-90%. 75°C for my 660ti.

I dont use Afterburner , i have a manual fan overwrite in the nvidia driver (also oc options)
My temp is climbing while fan is running on 80% ...the noise ... more perfomance , but no , i cant sleep with that

I will try this but my cards run at a temp from ~ 35-45 °C and I do use Afterburner. What is the max temp they can run at?

I tried the 64-bit version and it crashes on start up with a message

There is a bug in the 64-bit so I tried the 32-bit and shiiiiittttt man what a performance boost. I gained 100+ khs per card.

Thanks for the heads up on this.

BTW here are my Afterburner settings:

CoreVoltage: +100
Power Limit: 114
Core Clock: +125
Memory Clock: +530
Fan Speed: 100%

Afterburner reports GPU1 running 80°C and GPU2 73°C but Thermal Radar which came with my Asus Motherboard reports PCIE1 45°C and PCIE2 50°C. That is a huge difference. Anyone know why?

I was reading up on the download page and for the 660ti I added the following switches to my command line (.bat)

 -H 1 -i 0 -C 1 -D -l K14x16

That has boosted me an extra few khs without a temp increase.

I was mining around 302 KHS with dual 660TIs and now am getting 550 KHS. Huge difference. HUGE!

Thanks again for providing this.

x64 working normal for me.

80°C is not good. Absolute maximum for most electronics is 105°C, but when 105°C will be on the surface of chip, inside will be much more (+10°C easily, maybe even +20°C if cooling is not strong enough, more on surface => more inside). So try to lower hotter GPU temperature to 75°C at least.

Difference is because the motherboard sensors are not close enough to GPU chip. Just ambient temperature around slot.

upd> And 105°C is absolute maximun for the best components. Most others will burn or be damaged at 85°C-95°C.

GPU 1 is reporting 82°C  and GPU 2 is reporting 74°C. Both are the exact same card installed at the same time. I can't see it being an airflow problem but maybe it is. The rig is only 4.5 months old and I have a large fan blowing air into it plus it has 3 large fans inside. plus the fans on the GPUs.

Any suggestions/tweaks to try and lower GPU 1?

Thanks

I just started the old version of Cudaminer and GPU 1 runs at 72°C  and GPU 2 runs at 70°C . Power dropped from aroun 108% for each one to 79-83.
