Has anyone pruchased a Chocolate Chip Mining Rig from mintminers.com?

They sell for $1000 and I was thinking of making a purchase but went to the website today and it is down. I have contacted the site owner to see what is up.

I had not heard of this item previously.  It reminds me a lot of Butterfly Labs Jalapeno miner for Bitcoin though... at least in appearance.

Hey guys, my web tracking showed that this site linked to my store, and decided to check out the conversation.

The design is similar to the jalapeño in that it is a black, square-like shape.  Considering we ship out products to our customers, I'm reluctant to draw too many similarities. >.<

I have emailed you before :) I need to the holidays behind me or sell some ifc (which I do not want to do) but I want to scale up my production of 3 coins. IFC LTC and BTC.

I like that Chocolate Miner with 3 cards but I know space is a factor.

that is a very good idea the way it is built, but what are power consumption like and for the same price what is the advantage over just building a pc (besides the size)
