Hi
I was doing some research last night and discovered that it is possible to create an account at WindowsAzure.com and then set up to a max of 3 servers with the virtual machine option. You can have up to a maximum of 20 cores total for mining.
I do not take credit for this but I did go through the process and it works.
While the tutorial that I am linking to is for QuarkCoin (almost 100% mined BTW) it can be applied to IFC.
Yes it is a low hashrate around 30 khs for the 8 core (can create 2 of them) and 15 khs for the 4 core (can create 1 of them) ~ 8 core + 8 core + 4 core = ~ 75 khs for free for 1 month.
I have tested it on IFC, QRK, LTC, FTC and it works fine.

There is one caveat to this: Microsoft requires your credit card number and real contact info. They will not charge your card unless you explicitly tell them to once the 30 day trial is over. Now if only Microsoft can invent virtual graphic cards
