I have one gaming computer build under my belt so I think that I could build a mining rig. I want to build a decent rig with a budget of $1,000.00 Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I was looking at the Chocolate Chip Miner but it only has two cards and the site is offline right now. Thought about jimmying up a Butterfly Labs product but found out that was impossible.
